SMS Pricing Updates for EMEA & APAC Coming to SalesEdge.io on September 12, 2025

We want to give you a quick update about upcoming changes to outbound SMS pricing in select countries in the EMEA (Europe, Middle East, and Africa) and APAC (Asia-Pacific) regions. These updates will go into effect on September 12, 2025.

At SalesEdge.io, we're committed to keeping pricing fair, transparent, and aligned with global carrier costs. While pricing updates are sometimes necessary due to changes from our carrier partners, we always inform you ahead of time so that you can plan with confidence.

What’s Changing?

The following outbound SMS rates (in USD) will be updated:

EMEA Region:

• Netherlands: $0.0966 → $0.1072

• Denmark: $0.0524 → $0.0592

• Sudan: $0.3680 → $0.4749

• Qatar: $0.2218 → $0.2634

• Uganda: $0.2631 → $0.3289

• Croatia: $0.1096 → $0.1379

• Angola: $0.1789 → $0.2588

• Lesotho: $0.3219 → $0.4123

• Guinea-Bissau: $0.3901 → $0.4722

• Equatorial Guinea: $0.1729 → $0.2705

APAC Region:

• Kyrgyzstan: $0.3178 → $0.3852

What You Need to Know

• These new SMS rates will go into effect starting September 12, 2025.

• You don’t need to take any action — the changes will apply automatically.

• This only impacts outbound messages to the specific countries listed above.

• SMS pricing between the U.S. and Canada remains the same.
