  • Publish/Draft (for workflows) - Change the status of several workflows at the same time.
  • Manage Permissions (for folders) - Update access settings quickly for folders.
• Clear, simple interface: When you make multiple selections, a handy toolbar appears, showing you exactly how many items are selected and which options are available.

How It Works

• Use checkboxes next to each workflow or folder to select as many as you need.
• If you want to work with everything on your screen, use “Select All” — by default, this picks all visible workflows, but you can also include folders.
• The selection toolbar tells you what’s chosen and lays out your options for quick action.
• Before any big change, you'll see a confirmation pop-up that summarizes what will be updated — keeping you in control.
• Want to choose only workflows or only folders? Use the drop-down menu for flexible selection.
