4. Updated Online Reputation Scoring

Our reputation score reporting has been refined. Previously, businesses with just a few five-star reviews could receive an unrealistic perfect score. Now, we factor in the number of total reviews as well.

5. Clearer Premium Report Labeling

If you’re using a Premium Prospecting subscription, your reports will now always be properly labeled as “Premium” in your dashboard view.
