
SalesEdge.io Update: New CNAM Info Page Helps You & Clients Understand Caller ID Expectations
To help you and your clients better understand how business names appear on Caller ID, we've updated the CNAM registration screen in SalesEdge.io.
You'll now see a clearer explanation of what to expect when registering for CNAM (Caller Name) within your account. This update can be found by navigating to your sub-account settings under Phone Numbers > Trust Center > CNAM (Voice).
We’ve also added this information to the screen that appears when you're automatically registered for SHAKEN/STIR, which ensures your calls are verified and more likely to be answered with confidence.
Please note: This is just a visual update to help clarify how CNAM works—there have been no changes to how the feature itself functions.
