SalesEdge.io Update: Gain More Control and Flexibility With New Meta Campaign Budget Optimizer
We’re excited to announce a major improvement to campaign budget controls within the SalesEdge.io Ad Manager for Meta campaigns! This update gives you greater flexibility, more detailed control over your advertising spend, and smarter ways to optimize your campaigns for results—ideal for coaches and consultants who want to get the most from their ad budgets.
What’s New?
- Choose Your Budgeting Approach: You can now decide whether to set one budget for your entire campaign or assign individual budgets to each ad set. This means you can let Meta automatically distribute your total spend across different ad sets, or manage each one separately.
- Flexible Budget Sharing Across Ad Sets: If you use individual ad set budgets, you can allow Meta to shift up to 20% of an ad set’s budget to others that are performing better. You stay in control, but with the option for extra optimization.
- Daily and Lifetime Budgets Supported: Set either daily or total (lifetime) budgets, at either the campaign or ad set level, depending on your needs.
- Smarter Bid Strategies: Choose between strategies like “Highest volume” or “Cost per result goal” so you can optimize for what matters most to your business. When using Cost per result goal, you set your target at the ad set level for more precision.
- Change Budgets Anytime: Even after publishing your campaign, you can switch between campaign budget and ad set budget, or adjust your spend settings as needed. Please note, Meta may temporarily limit further changes immediately after big updates, based on its own rules.
- Clear, Contextual Guidance: The campaign builder now features helpful explanations so you always know what each budgeting option does—especially when enabling budget sharing.
How to Use the New Budget Optimizer
- Open the SalesEdge.io Ad Manager and start creating or editing a Meta campaign.
- In the “Budget” section, choose either a Campaign budget or Ad set budget.
- If you select Ad set budget, you have the option to let Meta share up to 20% of your budget between ad sets for better performance.
- Set up your Daily or Lifetime budget, whichever fits your goals best.
- Select your preferred bid strategy: Highest volume or Cost per result goal.
- For Ad set budgets, configure each ad set individually—set their specific budgets, schedules, and target costs.
- Review your campaign and publish when you’re ready!
Why This Matters for Coaches & Small Businesses
- This update empowers you to decide how much flexibility you want—keep tight control over each ad set, or let Meta optimize your overall campaign spend for better results.
- The new budget sharing option means you can maximize your ROI by allowing dynamic shifts in spending towards ad sets that are working best, without having to manage every detail manually.
- All controls are clearly explained and easy to use, so you can focus on growing your business—not wrestling with ad settings.
Helpful Notes
- Some features, such as budget sharing and post-publish edits, depend on Meta’s eligibility and rules.
- Budget and schedule settings appear exactly where you need them based on your chosen setup, for a streamlined experience.
