Managing your email workflows inside SalesEdge.io just got easier and more efficient. With this new update, your workspace stays more organized while SalesEdge.io handles the technical details for you in the background — so you can focus more on serving your clients and growing your business.

What’s Changed?

• Simplified Template Listings: When you copy workflows and templates between accounts or locations (also known as taking a snapshot), only your original templates and workflows will now be visible. This keeps your list clean and easy to navigate.

• Email Actions Managed Automatically: Any email actions linked to your workflows are still being brought over — they’re just working quietly behind the scenes. You no longer need to manage them manually.

• Better Workflow Syncing: When you transfer both the workflow and its corresponding email template together, SalesEdge.io ensures that everything is properly connected and ready to go.

• Less Clutter: Your template panel now only shows what you need to see — no more digging through extra email action entries.

• Smoother Setup: SalesEdge.io now automatically links your email messages to workflows after a transfer, saving time and potential confusion.

• More Control, Less Hassle: You can still create and customize workflows as usual, but now it’s all happening with less effort.

How to Use the New Flow

1. Create a Snapshot: Choose the workflows and templates you want to copy from one location to another.

2. Check the Target Location: Only the original templates and workflows will appear in your list — email actions are there too, just hidden and already linked.

3. You're Done: No extra steps needed. SalesEdge.io takes care of linking everything properly in the background.

Helpful Tip

If you're refreshing an existing snapshot, make sure to delete any previously synced workflows and email actions before re-importing. This helps ensure everything syncs correctly and reflects the latest updates.

Known Limitations

• Email actions require their template: If you import a workflow without also including the linked email template at the same time, the automated mapping won’t work properly.

• Order matters: The template must be imported either before or with the workflow — not afterward.

• No bulk delete for email actions: If you need to remove multiple email actions at once, you may need help from support to do so efficiently.
