1. Automatic Tax Calculation in Forms & Surveys

Calculating taxes just got hassle-free. SalesEdge.io can now automatically calculate the right taxes based on your customer’s address. This means smoother payment collection, fewer manual steps, and no more guesswork or tedious tax configuration when you create an Order Form. Simply add the Address field, and taxes are handled for you—accurately and instantly.

2. Customizable Address Labels for Clarity

Your forms should speak your customer’s language. Now, you can easily rename the Address field to match its purpose. For example, label it as “Shipping Address” when shipping products, or use any term that fits your business flow. Small tweaks like this help your customers know exactly what information is needed, making checkouts go even smoother.

How to Use These New Tools

1. Open the Form or Survey builder and add your Sell Products element.
2. Add or configure the Address field to collect the details you need (street, city, state, postal code, country, etc).
3. Rename the Address field if you wish (like “Shipping Address”).
4. Turn on automatic taxes—these will use the address provided by your customer for live calculations.
5. Need billing details too? Enable “Billing Address” with a single toggle. The fields will match whatever you’ve set up for shipping.
6. Your customer can select “Same as Shipping Address” to save time.
