We're excited to announce a powerful new feature in SalesEdge.io: you can now automatically create short, AI-generated videos right from your workflows. This means you can bring your client communications to life—even if you don’t have any experience with video production.

How It Works

In your workflow automations, you'll find a new action called AI Video Generation. Simply provide a description (a “prompt”) of the video you want. Our integration with Google’s Veo 3.1 technology creates a short, high-quality video for you, stores it securely, and instantly shares a link you can use in emails, texts, or other follow-up steps.

This is a premium action that carries a small additional cost each time a video is generated.

Flexible Options for Every Need

• Choose Your Model: Select "Quality" for the most polished output, or "Fast" for quicker results.
• HD Quality Settings: Produce videos in Standard (720p) or High Definition (1080p).
• Custom Prompts: Type in your own instructions, or pull details dynamically from contact fields, webhooks, or earlier workflow steps. Personalization is simple!
• Enhance Prompt: Not sure what to write? A single click turns a short prompt into a detailed, effective description.
• Templates: Kickstart your project using ready-made templates for product showcases, social posts, promo flyers, or lifestyle clips. See an example before you generate your own.

• Add Visual Reference Images: Upload up to three images (JPEG or PNG), either from your computer, SalesEdge.io's Media Library, or a URL. These help shape your video's look and style.
• Set the Size and Duration: Pick landscape (1920x1080) or portrait (1080x1920) format, and choose how long your video will run—4, 6, or 8 seconds.
• AI-Generated Audio: Easily add background music or ambient sound with a single click.
• Automatic Storage: Every video is saved directly to your Media Library, with a link that’s ready to use in your next automation step.

Transparent Pricing

Each video is billed separately. The price depends on your settings—such as video length, definition, audio, and model used. For planning purposes, remember that using audio or higher quality will add to the cost per video.

• Model: Choose between the highest quality or fastest generation.
• Quality: Standard (720p) or High (1080p).
• Duration: 4, 6, or 8 seconds.
• Audio: Adding AI-generated audio increases the cost slightly.

How to Get Started

1. Go to Automation > Workflows in your SalesEdge.io dashboard.
2. Open or create a workflow, then add the AI Video Generation action from AI Actions.
3. Pick your preferred AI model and video quality. Default settings are pre-selected for convenience.
4. Write your video prompt, or use data from your contacts and automations to personalize each video.
5. Use the "Enhance Prompt" option or choose a template to save time (optional).
6. Add reference images to guide the AI’s visuals (optional).
7. Customize video size, duration, and toggle on AI-generated audio if desired (optional).
8. Save your action. Each new contact through the workflow now gets a unique video experience.

Important: Generated videos are saved at a publicly accessible link. If your video includes customer data, please keep privacy in mind.
