
SalesEdge.io Now Auto-Enables Calling to Your Most Relevant Countries by Default
We’ve just made it easier for coaches and small business owners to get started with international calling inside SalesEdge.io.
Previously, when you created a new sub-account and added a phone number, calling was only enabled for a limited list of countries by default. If your business operated in a different country, you had to contact support to make sure calls would go through.
Good news: that's no longer the case.
Starting now, SalesEdge.io will automatically enable calling to the most relevant countries for your account. These include:
The country listed under your Business Profile → Business Physical Address
The country where your SalesEdge.io phone number was purchased
This means you can make and receive calls right away—without needing to reach out for help just to get started.
Note: This update only applies to phone calls. Due to limitations from our messaging providers, SMS permissions still follow a separate approval process.
