SalesEdge.io Launches Product-Level Conditional Logic: Smarter, Personalized Order Forms

We're excited to announce a new feature designed to make creating personalized Order Forms on SalesEdge.io easier and more effective than ever. With Product-Level Conditional Logic in Forms & Surveys, you now have powerful new tools for customizing how your products appear based on your customers’ choices—helping you deliver an experience that feels completely tailored to every buyer.

What’s New?

  • Product-Based Conditions: Now, you can set up smart rules (IF conditions) that react to which specific products your customer selects within a form or survey. This works with all the existing types of conditional logic in SalesEdge.io, including:
    • Redirect URL: Send customers to a different page based on what they choose to buy.
    • Display Custom Message: Instantly show a personalized message depending on their product selection.
    • Disqualify Lead: Automatically disqualify leads if a certain product is selected.
    • Show/Hide Fields: Dynamically display or hide other parts of your form, all triggered by your customer's product choice.
  • Show/Hide Individual Products & Variants: In the past, you could only show or hide your entire list of products at once. Now, you can selectively display individual products or even specific variants based on the answers your customer gives. This means:
    • You decide which products are seen by which customers—making order forms feel completely personalized.
    • Offer different product options or versions depending on earlier selections in the form.
    • Hide irrelevant products, so customers only see what matters most to them.

How It Works

  1. Open any form or survey in the SalesEdge.io builder.
  2. Head to the Conditional Logic section.
  3. Set up a product-based condition—choose a product when defining what should trigger your rule.
  4. Select which logic type you want (for example, Redirect URL, Show/Hide Fields, etc.).
  5. Choose exactly what you want to show, hide, or trigger: a full product list, a single product, or just a specific variant.
  6. Define the conditions for when this action should happen, based on customer selections in real-time.

Why This Matters

As a coach or small business owner, you know every client is unique. With these updates, you can build truly dynamic order forms—responding instantly to your client’s needs, simplifying decision-making, and improving conversion rates. No more generic product lists: your customer gets a curated, streamlined purchase experience that feels made just for them.

  • Greater personalization for your sales process
  • Smarter automation with less manual work
  • More control over how you present your services and products
  • Built-in flexibility—works on both old and new SalesEdge.io forms and surveys

For existing SalesEdge.io users: This update is already live in your account.
