
SalesEdge.io Adds Payments Tab to Appointments for Faster Tracking and Instant Collections
We’re excited to introduce a new update that makes it even easier to manage your payments: there's now a dedicated Payments Tab inside every appointment window on SalesEdge.io.
This powerful feature gives you a complete view of all payment activity linked to each appointment—so you can spend less time chasing down payments and more time doing what you do best.
Here’s What’s New:
Quickly see how much has been paid, the remaining balance, and the total amount for each appointment
Get clear, attendee-specific payment summaries
Review all payment transactions related to an appointment
See which coupon codes were used and the discounts applied
Collect any outstanding payments directly from within the appointment
How to Use It:
Click on any appointment in your calendar to open its details.
Select the Payments Tab.
You'll see all relevant payment information at a glance—totals, history, discounts, and more.
If there's still a balance due, just click Collect Payment to either charge a saved card or record a manual payment.
Note: This feature is currently available through SalesEdge.io Labs. To activate it, head to your account settings, go to Labs, and enable "Payments Tab in Appointments + Coupon Codes" for your workspace.

A Few Things to Keep in Mind:
This feature works with all appointment types—except appointments made through the older Service Menu (v1) and custom recurring appointments added manually
If you've enabled payments for a calendar, a matching product will appear in your Products Tab—tagged automatically for easy tracking
