Now You Can Fully Customize Default Emails in SalesEdge.io’s Client Portal Settings

We’re excited to introduce a long-awaited update that makes communicating with your clients even easier and more personalized. You can now fully customize the default email templates used in the SalesEdge.io Client Portal — all from one central place.In the past, default email templates were locked down, meaning you had to recreate them from scratch if you wanted something different. With this new update, you can generate an editable version of any default template, update the content to reflect your unique voice and brand, and preview exactly how it will appear to your clients — complete with any custom fields.

What You Can Do Now:

• Create your own version of built-in email templates that were previously uneditable

• Preview the emails with all custom fields filled in, so you know exactly what your clients will see

• Maintain consistency in tone and messaging throughout your client communications

How to Customize Your Default Emails:

1. In your SalesEdge.io account, go to either:

   • Sites → Client Portal → Settings → Email Settings, or

   • Memberships → Client Portal → Settings → Email Settings

2. You’ll see each app (like communities, certificates, and courses) listed with corresponding email notification options

3. Select the “Default Template” button next to any email you’d like to customize

4. Click the Edit icon (pencil) beside the template

5. Confirm by clicking “Proceed” to generate your own editable version

6. Make the changes that best fit your tone, brand, and style

7. Use the Eye icon to preview your updated message

8. Click Save — your customized template will now be used for that type of email going forward
