
Now You Can Answer IVR Calls Directly from Your Deskphone with SalesEdge.io
We’re excited to share a helpful update that makes managing client calls even more convenient for coaches and consultants using SalesEdge.io.Until now, you could answer direct calls and “ring all” calls through your deskphone—but IVR calls (those where callers choose an option like "Press 1 for Sales") weren’t supported on physical phones.That’s changed.Starting today, you can now answer IVR calls directly from your deskphone, making it easier than ever to stay connected and responsive—even if you're away from your computer.To enable this feature:
Head to your Subaccount settings, click on "My Staff," choose your profile, then go to "Call & Voicemail Settings" and set your default channel for IVR calls to your deskphone.
Note: Transferring IVR calls—on any device—isn’t available just yet. This capability is on our roadmap and will be released in the coming months.
