Now Live in SalesEdge.io: Offer Discounts at Booking with New Calendar Coupon Codes
We're excited to introduce a powerful new feature to help you boost bookings and reward your audience—coupon codes are now available in SalesEdge.io calendar bookings!
With this release, you can create custom discount codes your clients can use when scheduling an appointment through your booking calendar. Whether you're running a promotion, offering a loyalty reward, or incentivizing first-time clients, it's now easier than ever to apply discounts right at checkout.
Here’s what’s new:
Create percentage-based or fixed-amount coupons
Limit how often a code can be used, by individual or in total
Choose which calendars or services the coupon applies to
Discounts are automatically applied and tracked in the Payments tab of each appointment
How to get started:
Head to Calendar Settings > Forms & Payments and enable both Accept Payments and Coupon Codes.
Go to the Payments module and select Coupons to create your discount code.
Set the code name, discount amount (percentage or fixed), valid dates, and usage limits.
If desired, connect the coupon to specific calendars or offerings.
Your clients will now see a “Coupon Code” field when booking; valid codes apply instantly, while invalid entries show an error.
Coupon details will automatically appear in the Payments section of the appointment for easy tracking and reporting.
Important: This feature is currently in Labs. To activate it, go to your Settings > Labs and turn on “Payments Tab in Appointments + Coupon Codes.”
