We’ve just made it easier to stay one step ahead when your contacts update their address information. With this latest SalesEdge.io update, you can now create automations that trigger whenever specific address fields change — such as Street Address, City, Country, or Postal Code.

This means you’ll be able to send alerts, initiate campaigns, or sync data the moment important location details are updated — without needing workarounds or complex logic.

How to use this feature:

  1. Open your workflow under Automation → Workflow Builder.

  2. Add or edit the Contact Changed trigger node.

  3. Click Add Filters and select the address field(s) you want to monitor — like Street Address, City, Country, or Postal Code.

  4. Choose the condition, such as Has changed or Has changed to, and add a value if needed.

  5. Save your changes and publish your workflow.
