New: Instantly Send Badges via Workflows With SalesEdge.io’s Certificate Action

Celebrating your clients' progress just got easier! You can now send visual recognition badges automatically using the existing “Issue Certificate” action within SalesEdge.io workflows.

Badges are a fun and engaging way to acknowledge milestones, progress, and engagement—whether it's completing a course, submitting a form, or reaching an achievement in their journey with you.

Although we’re working on a dedicated “Issue Badge” feature, you can start sending badges right now through the current Certificate action. It’s simple, quick, and fully automated.

How It Works

  • Open your workflow inside Automation > Workflows

  • Create a new workflow or use an existing one

  • Add any supported trigger—like starting a course, submitting a form, or updating contact info

  • Add the “Issue Certificate” action

  • Instead of selecting a certificate template, choose a badge template

  • Save and publish your workflow

Your badge will be sent automatically as a downloadable image to the client when they reach the milestone. This makes it easy to recognize wins and keep them engaged throughout their journey.
