Celebrating your clients' progress just got easier! You can now send visual recognition badges automatically using the existing “Issue Certificate” action within SalesEdge.io workflows.
Badges are a fun and engaging way to acknowledge milestones, progress, and engagement—whether it's completing a course, submitting a form, or reaching an achievement in their journey with you.
Although we’re working on a dedicated “Issue Badge” feature, you can start sending badges right now through the current Certificate action. It’s simple, quick, and fully automated.
How It Works
Open your workflow inside Automation > Workflows
Create a new workflow or use an existing one
Add any supported trigger—like starting a course, submitting a form, or updating contact info
Add the “Issue Certificate” action
Instead of selecting a certificate template, choose a badge template
Save and publish your workflow
Your badge will be sent automatically as a downloadable image to the client when they reach the milestone. This makes it easy to recognize wins and keep them engaged throughout their journey.
