New: Instantly Manage and Optimize Schema Across All Website & Funnel Pages with SalesEdge.io

We’re excited to announce a major improvement to how you manage your website and funnel schema with SalesEdge.io! Our new Schema Markup dashboard—found in the updated SEO & AEO tab—makes it easier than ever for coaches and small business owners to keep their sites optimized for search engines and AI answer tools.

Here’s how the new features can help you:

  • See your schema health at a glance. The Schema coverage card rates your overall site as Needs Work, Getting There, Good, or Excellent. It quickly shows you how many pages are up to date, might be outdated, or have no schema at all.
  • Quickly review every page. Instantly scan all your website and funnel pages, see what type of schema is present, its current status (Up to date, Might be outdated, No schema, Unpublished, Unsaved), and when it was last changed.
  • Generate schema automatically with AI. Select one or multiple pages and let our AI create schema for you. Track the progress live, then review everything before publishing.
  • Edit or add schema manually. Easily add new schema to pages that need it, or click on existing schema tags to make changes as you wish.
  • Review before you publish. All changes stay unsaved until you hit Save and Publish. Not happy with the result? You can simply discard it.
  • Find what needs attention fast. Search by page name or URL path and filter your list by schema status to quickly spot what needs to be fixed or updated.
  • Spot outdated schema instantly. If a page has been updated two or more times since its schema was created, it's flagged so you know it might need attention.
Why is this important?

Having accurate and current schema helps your web pages show up in Google rich results and allows AI-powered search to understand and recommend your business. Keeping schema up-to-date used to mean opening each page one-by-one, which was time-consuming. Now, with the new dashboard, you can check and update everything from one place—quickly and efficiently.

What’s changing for you?
  • No data will be lost and you don’t need to do anything for this update to take effect.
  • Every website and funnel now has a new SEO & AEO tab where any existing schema will appear automatically.
  • Pages without schema are clearly marked, letting you add or fix them in bulk with just a few clicks.
  • You can still edit schema right inside the page builder if you prefer—it stays perfectly in sync with the new dashboard.
  • If you generate new schema for a page that already has some, your changes will fully replace the old schema after you review and publish it.
How to get started:
  1. Go to Sites → Websites/Funnels and choose the one you want to optimize. Then, click the SEO & AEO tab.
  2. Check your Schema coverage card, and use filters to find pages that have no schema or might be outdated.
  3. Select the pages you want and click "Generate schema" to use AI, or use "+ Add schema" or click a tag to make manual edits.
  4. Review all changes, then click Save and Publish when ready.
