
New in SalesEdge.io: Track Reach & Frequency for Smarter, More Efficient Ad Campaigns
We’ve just added two powerful new insights to your ad campaign dashboard inside SalesEdge.io — Reach and Frequency. These metrics help you make smarter decisions about how your ads are performing and how often your audience is seeing them.
Here’s what these new metrics mean:
Reach: The total number of unique people who have seen your ad at least once.
Frequency: The average number of times each person has seen your ad (calculated as Impressions divided by Reach).
How to Use It:
Head to the Statistics section inside your campaign dashboard.
You’ll now see Reach and Frequency included alongside your current performance data like Clicks, Spend, Impressions, and Cost per Lead.
To customize what you see, use the “Columns” option in the top right corner of the table to show or hide Reach and Frequency.
Hover over any metric to view helpful tooltips that explain what it means and how to interpret the data.
Why This Matters:
Understanding how many people are seeing your message — and how often they’re seeing it — helps you:
Gauge your ad visibility across your ideal audience.
Adjust for optimal exposure: if your frequency is too low, you're not reaching enough; too high, and you risk overexposure or ad fatigue.
Find that sweet spot between scale and repetition so you get better results and more return on your ad spend.
