We’re excited to announce a major improvement to your Conversations inbox in SalesEdge.io. You can now search for any word, phrase, or contact detail, making it easier than ever to find important messages without endlessly scrolling.
What’s New?
SalesEdge.io now lets you search through your Conversations in two powerful ways:
- Search all conversations at once: Simply type a keyword, name, email address, or phone number into the search box at the top of your Conversations panel. Results appear instantly, showing a preview of matching messages and highlighting your keyword. Click any result to jump straight to the exact message.
- Search inside a specific conversation: Looking for something in a long thread? Open the conversation, click the search icon at the top, and enter your keyword. Every match is highlighted and you can use up or down arrows to move between them—no more guessing or digging around.
You can also refine your search using filters like date range, channel (such as Email, SMS, Facebook, WhatsApp, or Instagram), direction, owner, attachments, and followers. For example, if you remember discussing a specific product last week but can’t recall with whom, just search the product name and instantly see all related conversations.
How to Use Keyword Search
- Open Conversations in SalesEdge.io and click the search icon at the top of your conversation list.
- Type a keyword, contact name, email, or phone number. Results will begin to appear as you type.
- Click any result to go directly to the matching message within the conversation.
- If you want to search within a single conversation, open the thread and use the search bar in its header. Move quickly between results using the up or down arrows.
- Use the filter icon to narrow your search by date, channel, attachments, and more.
