Once completed, this one-time verification covers everything from A2P brand registration to toll-free number verification and CNAM setups—no repeated steps required.

Here’s How It Works

1. You Begin a Phone Number Purchase
   If your account hasn’t completed verification yet, a secure identity check window will appear during the purchase process.

2. Upload Your ID
   You’ll be prompted to upload a clear photo of a government-issued ID, such as a passport or driver’s license.

3. Complete a Quick Selfie Check
   Using your webcam or smartphone, you’ll take a live selfie so we can confirm your identity matches the ID provided.

4. Phone Number Purchase Completed Automatically
   As soon as your documents are verified, the purchase finishes without additional steps. It’s seamless and secure.

Important Note: This is a one-time process per account. Once you're verified, this step won’t come up again for future number purchases or compliance actions.
