You can now assign four distinct types of permissions for Voice AI use in SalesEdge.io:
1. View & Manage Voice AI Agents
This is the main permission that controls who can fully create, edit, and manage Voice AI agents in your account.
When enabled:
Full access to create, update, and remove Voice AI agents
Can assign phone numbers and adjust configuration settings
Automatically includes access to view and manage agent goals
When disabled:
Agents are completely hidden from the user
No access to create, edit, or delete agents
Access to goal configuration is also removed
Dashboard access remains unaffected
2. View & Manage Voice AI Agent Goals
This allows users to define how agents behave, including integrations, custom workflows, and automated actions.
When enabled:
Full control over designing and adjusting agent goals
Can use both basic and advanced goal options
When disabled:
Goal settings are hidden during edits
Goals can be set up during creation, but can't be edited later
This is ideal for team members responsible for how your AI responds and takes action.
3. View Voice AI Agent Goals (Read-Only)
Great for support or training staff who need to understand agent configurations without making changes.
When enabled:
Users can view agent goals in read-only mode
When disabled:
Agent goal details are fully hidden
4. View Voice AI Dashboard
Gives access to performance analytics, call recordings, transcripts, and other valuable insights.
When enabled:
Can view real-time and historical dashboards related to Voice AI performance
When disabled:
Dashboards are hidden throughout the platform
Includes hiding call logs and performance reports
This permission is best suited for supervisors, analysts, or anyone reviewing call performance and outcomes.
