We've significantly improved the speed at which users are redirected from documents to invoices—especially when recurring products are included in the product list. What used to take over a minute now happens in just 10–20 seconds. That’s up to 10x faster!

On top of that, we’ve added a friendly progress indicator that keeps your client informed during the redirection process, offering a smoother and more transparent payment experience.

How to Take Advantage of This Update

• Create a document in SalesEdge.io and add your recurring products as usual.

• Make sure direct payments are enabled in the Payment Settings.

• Send the completed document to your client.

When your client clicks "Finish and Complete Payment," they’ll see a new “Redirecting to Payment…” screen with a short progress bar. Within seconds, they’ll land on the invoice screen—ready to pay without delays.
