Introducing Workflow Maps with AI: Effortlessly Manage Your Automations in SalesEdge.io
What’s new?
SalesEdge.io now makes it even easier to manage your automations and stay organized. With our new Workflow Maps, you can use an intelligent AI assistant right inside your automations dashboard. Whether you want to ask questions about how a workflow is set up, troubleshoot issues, organize your maps, or request new workflow builds or edits, the AI assistant is here to help – all from one convenient place.
The assistant understands the context of your specific workflows and provides personalized support and suggestions based on your account.
Why this matters
As a coach or consultant, managing your automations can sometimes mean digging through lists, opening multiple workflows, and juggling different tools just to make a simple update. With the new AI assistant, you can simply describe what you need in everyday language—right from your Workflow Map—and the assistant will guide you, find information, and help with changes quickly and intuitively.
How it works
- Navigate to: Automation > Workflows > Workflow Maps, then open Assistant.
- Understand a workflow: Ask the assistant to explain a workflow or provide a summary of an entire folder.
- Find and investigate: Quickly search for workflows by name, look into any issues, or get details about connected assets.
- Focus the map: Have the assistant filter or highlight relevant workflows and folders, so you only see what matters now.
- Organize your account: Request actions like creating folders, moving or renaming workflows, or adding notes to keep everything tidy.
- Build or edit workflows: Simply describe the automation you want built or updated, and let the assistant handle the heavy lifting in the background.
- Review and approve changes: You stay in control—review proposed updates, and decide how and when changes are applied.
Real-life examples
- “Can you explain what this workflow does?”
- “Show only drafts in my Sales folder.”
- “Create a welcome sequence with email and SMS.”
- “Move these onboarding workflows into a separate folder.”
Good to know
- The assistant respects your user permissions, so you’ll only access features you’re authorized to use.
- Critical actions, like deleting workflows or rearranging the entire map, always require your confirmation—even if you’ve enabled automatic approvals.
- You can save filtered views for quick access later, though this doesn’t preserve the map’s zoom or layout.
- Please note: Workflow Maps is currently being rolled out and may appear first to select user accounts.
For existing SalesEdge.io users: This update is already live in your account.
