Introducing Workflow Maps: Instantly Detect and Fix Automation Errors in SalesEdge.io Workflows
We know how important it is for your business to keep automations running smoothly. That’s why we’re excited to introduce Workflow Maps in SalesEdge.io—a new tool that makes it easy to find, understand, and fix workflow errors, all from one place.
With Workflow Maps, you no longer need to check each automation individually to track down issues. Now, you can quickly see which workflows need attention, review details about what went wrong, and take action to resolve problems—helping you maintain seamless lead follow-up, customer communications, and handoffs.
How Workflow Maps Work
- Find errors fast: Error badges make it clear which workflows have experienced problems recently.
- Review all issues in one spot: Click “Review workflows with errors” to see a summary of all flagged workflows, whether they’re active or still in draft.
- Focus your search: Use the “Has issues” filter to narrow down and focus on workflows that need attention.
- See detailed error info: Simply select a workflow to view failed runs, see which step caused trouble, and review the error message.
- Fix and mark as read: Open the affected workflow right from the map to edit and resolve the issue. After review, you can mark the error notification as read—so you always know what needs your attention next.
Why This Matters
Missed or failed automations can lead to lost leads, missed client messages, or bottlenecks in your processes. Workflow Maps gives you the visibility to prevent these hiccups before they impact your business, saving you time and hassle.
Common Ways Coaches & Consultants Use Workflow Maps
- Troubleshoot failed webhook or integration actions
- Check for errors across all your major automations, right from one screen
- Make sure your client nurturing sequences and follow-ups are going out as planned
Additional Details
- Marking an error as "read" clears the error badge, but does not automatically fix the workflow. Be sure to make any necessary corrections using the workflow builder.
- At launch, Workflow Maps is available to account admins and primary users.
