- Spot invalid email addresses right away: The new email verification option helps you catch typos or fake emails before you send your next campaign.
- Protect your sender reputation: By only emailing real, valid addresses, your messages are more likely to land in inboxes, not spam folders.
- Simplify your workflow: Verify emails as you import contacts—all in one simple, streamlined step.
How It Works
- Go to Contacts > Import Contacts and set up your import as usual.
- On the final step, just check the box to verify email addresses.
- Start your import.
- You can monitor the verification progress under Bulk Actions. Once it's finished, you'll see the results there.
Managing Your Clean Contact List
- Use the Email Verification Status filter on your Contacts page to separate valid and invalid email addresses.
- Want to take action? Create Smart Lists to group and manage these contacts based on their verification status—so you always know which leads are ready for follow-up.
