We know that keeping your brand consistent is important, and it should be easy to set up your brand style within your emails. That’s why we’ve made a big improvement to the SalesEdge.io email builder: you can now create a brand board right where you’re working, without ever leaving the page.

• Create your brand board directly inside the email builder: When you go to pick a color in your email, selecting "Create brand board" now opens a quick creation window right there—no more switching tabs or losing your progress.
• Automatically import your brand or start from a professional preset: Simply paste your website address to instantly pull in your brand colors, logo, and fonts—or choose one of our pre-made style presets (or start from scratch).
• Personalize your colors, fonts, and logo before saving: Adjust every detail to match your brand perfectly, all within the convenient quick-create window.

Why This Update Matters

Previously, setting up a brand board meant interrupting your work and starting the process in a new tab—which too often led to unfinished emails and lost momentum. Now, you can create and customize your brand setup in just a few clicks, without ever leaving your email draft. Your chosen brand colors will show up instantly as swatches in the color picker, making it simple to keep your emails beautifully branded.

How to Use It

1. Open the email builder and click the color picker.
2. Click "Create brand board" (this option appears if you haven’t set up a brand board yet).
3. Enter your website URL to automatically import your branding, or select a style preset to get started.
4. Fine-tune your colors, fonts, and logo using the options in the quick-create window.
5. Save—and your brand colors will immediately appear as selectable swatches for your email design.

Notes & Upcoming Improvements

• This feature is currently available in the email builder’s color picker. We’re planning to expand support for brand boards in Websites, Funnels, and Forms soon.
• Future updates will allow editing brand boards and switching between multiple boards with ease.
