We’re excited to introduce an easier way to manage your business texting numbers inside SalesEdge.io. You can now instantly see the status of every phone number connected to your A2P messaging campaigns, right from your dashboard.
Here’s what’s new:
- Each phone number linked to your A2P campaign now shows a live status—Pending, Registered, or Failed—so you always know where things stand.
- Once a number is fully registered with carriers, you’ll see an “A2P Verified” tag right on the phone numbers page for easy reference.
- No action needed on your part—your existing numbers have already been updated with their latest status.
Why does this matter?
- Instantly know when a number is ready to send texts, without having to wait or guess.
- Avoid message failures caused by using numbers that aren’t yet fully registered.
- If a registration fails, you can spot it and address the issue yourself—no need to reach out to support.
What’s different from before?
- Previously, after adding a number to a campaign, you could only see that it was submitted for approval—no details on progress.
- Carrier registration often took hours or even days, so users sometimes sent texts too soon and ran into frustrating errors.
- Now, with real-time updates, you’re in control and can communicate with confidence.
Please keep in mind: Most registrations finish within 24 hours, but timing can vary based on your phone carrier. Seeing a "Pending" status during this period is completely normal.
