How Custom Layouts Work With Your Invoices
- Choose a published layout for any invoice—your clients will see your selected design when they view their invoice.
- Layouts become locked once an invoice is sent or partially paid, so your documents always stay consistent.
- If you delete a layout, invoices that have already been sent keep their original design. Draft invoices with deleted layouts will automatically switch to the default invoice layout.
Getting Started is Simple
- Go to the Payments section in SalesEdge.io, then select “Invoices & Estimates.” You’ll find the Layout AI Builder under the “Layouts” tab.
- Generate your desired layout using AI, then publish it when you’re happy with the results.
- Your custom layout will be available whenever you create a new invoice in SalesEdge.io.
How to Activate This Feature
- Go to Settings, then open the “Labs” section under your account.
- Search for “AI-Powered Custom Invoice Layouts.”
- Click “Activate Feature” to turn it on and start creating today!
