Now you can customize how each lead appears in your mobile pipeline. Choose up to 7 fields from over 40 options, plus pick your favorite quick actions — like calling, messaging, or adding tasks — straight from the card view.

How: Go to Opportunities → Settings → Customize Cards to get started.

Your pipeline stages now come with a clean new interface that brings everything into one place. Take action right from the card and get visual badges showing activity like notes, tasks, and conversations — keeping you informed without the overwhelm.

  • Is this update available now? Yes! Just make sure your mobile app is updated to the latest version.

  • Will this change my current card setup? Yes, your existing card layout will be updated to the new format on mobile.

  • What's automatically shown on each card? Name, Value, and Owner are always displayed. You can add up to 4 more fields of your choice.

  • Available quick actions? Message, Add Tag, Create Task, and Move Opportunity are available by default.

  • Does this affect my desktop layout? No. These changes apply to the mobile app only, and won't affect your web-based view.

  • Can I customize mobile and desktop views separately? Absolutely — customizations on mobile won’t impact how things look on desktop, and vice versa.
