What’s new?
When a workflow is triggered (such as a new lead arriving or a client reaching a milestone), you can set it up so that SalesEdge.io automatically posts an internal comment within the conversation history. This makes it easy to share important context, provide instructions for follow-up, or notify the right team members with an @mention—all without having to do anything manually.
For example, if a high-priority lead comes in, you can have SalesEdge.io leave a note tagging the assigned coach with next steps, directly within the conversation. These notes are only visible to your team, never to your customers, keeping your internal communication clear and organized while ensuring nothing gets missed.
How to get started:
- Navigate to Automation → Workflows in your SalesEdge.io dashboard.
- Create a new workflow or open one you’ve already set up.
- Add the “Internal Comment” action to the workflow steps.
- Write your comment and use
@mentionto notify specific team members as needed. - Save and activate your workflow—SalesEdge.io does the rest!
